Replacement headlight bulbs
ChefHermes replied to ChefHermes's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk I (1999-2007)
Cheers, as my headlights are like candles in jam jars, am I right in assuming that I have the standard halogens? My previous car had xenon's,but you could tell as it had the additional headlight washers -

Hi, Since my purchase of my VRS, I've been struggling a little. The car came with no manuals at all. Finally gave in & purchased one for £10, but the Sat nav wasn't in there. Have since found this: http://ws.skoda-auto.com/OwnersManualService/Data/en/Fabia_6Y/do_03-2008/Navigation/DX/A04_Fabia_DX_NavigationSystem.pdf Sat nav manual in pdf, now just got to find an updated disc.

At the risk of sounding like Dr Nick Riviera from the Simpsons, I'd like to introduce myself. I've just sold my TTR and purchased a MK1 Fabia VRS, mainly for practical reasons: MPG; starting a family; getting married; blah, blah etc. What a great little car, ok the trim inside is a bit dull, & the Sat Nav takes some getting use to, but everything else is great. Pretty sure mine has been chipped/modded as at a push it'll wheelspin in 3rd Recently did a run from south devon to the north cotswolds in the middle or outside lanes & still got 55mpg, truely outstanding, my fuel bill will half. Now just got to find and fit a new glove box lid (broke the handle today ) Me personally? I'm a chef & a writer (mainly a blog, but occasionally magazines as well) chefhermes.com
