Use a trolley jack on the jacking points, that should be ok. You can use a solted hockey puk on the jack. Nicely locates on the sill.

Hi my power steering isnt working i have the light on the dash. All was well when i went swimming, came out and then this. Any ideas has anyone had a similar issue? Also i have the extend warrenty, i have rung skoda assist up who will be with me before 5 but do i need to inform the skoda extended warrenty people? Thanks

I got mine off amazon heko ones, but had issues with them every now and again the front windows would play up and not work properly so i took them off and not used them since. But there are many other members who have used them with no issues.

Ive not got a full break down they will send it through the post. I think the aircon service was around 69 which included a re gas and deo bomb and re oil. I think they did me with the labour for thebaor filter and fuel filter. 0.2 hours each item. Expensive air filter change.... Thats the last of the compensation for oil on my drive.

I ve just had a minor service done on a vrs, plus i asked for new airfilter, new fuel filter, aircon service, rear wiper blade and new battery in key fob it cost me £310........ Is that way too steep?

One of my mates knows someone who works in the supermarket fuel business. Apparently super fuel is near its sell by date and therefore isnt a good a premium fuels. Im not convinced but it sounds realistic to an extent.

Skoda had my car a month before i got it back. But i was away for two weeks of that so not a major prob.

Mine is a 2011 61 plate and it had done 36k when it died. I saw the engine when it was stripped down and the piston had melted forming a hole on the side.

I had a hole in piston back in July on number 3 cylinder. New engine was put in under warrenty and the new engine has done 6k without using a drop of oil, well happy. But i made sure i ran the new engine in properly as per the owners hand book.
