Thanks chris i'll give you a shout when i have ruined my paint From what i can tell from several videos its basically keep the pad moving and dont use too much product and to work in small areas

Thanks chris i'm edging towards the pro with megs 105 & 205 with hexlogic pads for £145 from cyc. Seems to be a good starter combo

Picked up the relay today and...... Nothing :( Car has now gone to people who know what they are doing so i dont just throw money at it blindly. Fingers crossed its a simple and cheap fix

Ordered the relay from skoda. Wont be in stock until tuesday infortunately. Part number 1K0951253A Hopefully this solves the problem. If not then it will have to go to skoda for investigation
