It started working in a very short time (a min or less) I was in a tunnel and tried to add waypoints but without the GPS signal no options came up. Good luck with your possible fault?

Had the same symptoms when the GPS signal was poor, as soon as in the open it worked ok

Dog guard and boot liners. Again!

Yes the seats are not effected by the guard, in hindsight I could live without it! The car was not my order and only took a day to source and secure! I personally would have added bixenon lights and MDI I am looking a sd card instead of my ipod I do see a mesh guard in the skoda books, May be worth a look -

Some pics of the OEM dog guard mounts, looks as if the lining is cut to match existing bosses and at a guess captive nuts fitted? Not super clear but may help? -
Slamming the boot lid on Estate
timcroot replied to PekoSI's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
Mine closes easily and with only the light pressure to latch, had a Chrysler that was hard to shut until a door or window was open so the overpressure idea seems good. -
Estate with variable boot floor - OEM liner options
timcroot replied to pipsyp's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
Got an eBay one from the UK, not too bad a fit and is non slip. £34 with some thin mats thrown in. Fits the upper section of the estate space but does not intrude into the two wings at the back edge, the lip was not as deep as I was expecting but looks ok Delivery was the next day through city link -

Many thanks, it's ten years since last there and it is coming back now you mention the issues. Will look into the first aid and triangle, guess VAG save again on these as standard fit!

Thanks but is that an option on the Xenon lights only? I have the usual bulb lights fitted

I have just collected a new Mk 3 estate and am due to be in Germany next month and will be after the car being BFG compliant. Apart from lights and fogs are there any other changes? Winter tyres I gather? I have the 18Inch wheels fitted. Can any one help out on the lights swap? the car has not got the xenons! Thanks
