I've often wondered why horse boxes and lorries say horses on them in big letters on the outside. Buses don't say humans on the outside of them.

I think I'll end up cutting the plastic pipe for the k&n, and stick in one of the t sections with those take offs in. I'll likely reuse it for the gt30 anyway. Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk

Hi Am converting my 07 vRS to k04 to tide me over until I get the bigger turbo. I currently have some sort of k&n induction kit on the car, and obviously doesn't have a take off for the DV. What's usually used here? Would prefer not to butcher the existing inlet as I'd not be able to sell it. Don't want to mod the turbo for a dv either, as I'll be selling it too once i fit the gt30. Take it I'll have to buy another rip off inlet system?

I'm going to be doing this myself soon, as I've a K04 on the way, but will be going for a GT30 next. It's not too difficult a job tbh if you take your time. I have to finish installing this beast in my other car (MR2 Turbo) first though:
