Yep I've done it! Works fine, will light up at 100% when ignition on. Only thing I haven't figured out and probably will not be able to is: - No dimming. - DRLs switch off when headlights turn on. I'm sure it has to do with my VCDS light settings but I'm quite happy with the current set up. You'll need to order the 3 wire plugs and 2 resistors. Your existing 2 wire plug from your halogen will plug into 2 of the 3 wires, the dimming wire will be omitted. The resistors will remove dash error. I'll hunt down the info and post for you...
