  1. Still no luck. Anyone able to help? I've tried spraying DW40 into the contacts for the noot release but still nothing. For the window I've had the door card off, checked with a multimeter and seem to be getting the same readings as I get for one of the rear windows which I know works so I'm wondering if it could be the small circuit board that's connected to the passenger side window motor? Thanks, Chris
  2. Hi there! Brand new to the forum and Skoda ownership. Just bought myself a 2001 Fabia Estate Elegance no less haha! Unfortunately the front passenger window would not open off it's own switch but it will off the driver's side. So i purchased a new replacement switch but no luck, I then checked the fuses and it looks like it's already been changed but it is intact . Would anyone have any idea where to look next? My other issue is that the boot will not open off the key but luckily it still opens from the manual switch in the driver's footwell. I am wondering if the issue is the motor or wiring or something similar? All help is appreciated! Chris
