Morning All, Just thought I would advise that I ordered my company car Octavia iv SEL with Race Blue and Automatic Boot options 30/06/2021 and it is being dfelivered 14/01/2022. The original estimated delivery was meant to be 15/11/2021. This was pushed back by a month three times before settling on an estimated delivery date of 30/01/2022. As above it is coming sooner than the last estimate I had. Thank you

Hi Thanks for the post. I have removed the centre of the cup holder but that doesn’t reveal any screws. I think the housing has to come out that also has the hinged lid attached to it. I dont want want to pull on it too hard and break something. Thanks Dave

Just to say I went ahead and bought the stereo. Fitted it this week and I’m very happy with it. The apple car play works just the same as it did in my 67 Octavia Estate that I used have (company car). So far no unusual DAB drop outs using the Pioneer DAB aerial. Having a touchscreen that folds away is great. Anyone want to know anything please ask. Thanks Dave

Hi All, Can anyone tell me how to remove the centre console rear cup holder shown in this image? I am wanting to get to the screws so I can remove the centreconsole and replace the trim that connects to this below the dash. Thanks Dave

Where is some actual technical info for a worthy retro fit? Just because a task appears difficult it doesnt mean it isn't worth undertaking. Does anyone have wiring diagrams? Part numbers? Ta

Have you spoken to the dealership that you have made the booking with? I would advise you do this and explain the situation with regards to the warranty. Some manufacturers dont cover trim after the first 12 months of a warranty so read the book pack that came with the car. Dash rattle etc is most likly a trim concern. As for the replacement courtesy car whilst yours is in for the investigation; You are always entitled to request this at the point of making your booking, the dealership will then advise of there lead time for a courtesy but be warned they may insist on charging you a insurance fee for having courtesy car for the day.
