Greetings..my skoda fabia combi has a similar issue..on morning start up,i have to wait afew minutes fo the car to warm up..when i select drive and acelerate,the car revs go up & the car moves slugish...then sometimes when driving it seems to stick in one gear,as i ease off the gas pedal then it changes...what can the problem be?

if you recon it...i think you still need to get a kit..clutches,seals etc.

can anyone tell me where i can purchase online.. a Transmission Overhaul kit for my Skoda Fabia Comfort gasoline 1.416v ...i am from the Caribbean

greetings..my Skoda fabia comfort is doing something similar...the passenger door does not open from the inside our outside,but the clip is up...can someone help?

I never check that...yes i can remember the mechanic putting some oil in that area to build up pressure,to start it...Thanks,i will tryi it & post the findings ....Forgot to mention there is a loud knocking sound coming from the engine when the oil light comes on...the oil pressure was tested & they say its fine

Its been 2 months now..no one here seems to know the issue with my (My Skoda Fabia 1.4 16V is doing the exact thing...the oil is new & the level is good... took out the switch,check the oil pressure & it is fine( the light comes on only when i drive) its been through 2 mechanics & 2 diagnostic checks....Can someone please help..all i hear in my country is Skoda is a trouble car

its not earthing

when it starts the oil pressure is 50,when its idling its comes down to 25...what should be the pressure..at start up,idling or at 3000rpm. When we disconnect the wire or put the connector to earth,nothing happens.

mechanic checked oil pressure....everything seems to be ok..yet still same issue

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.....Greetings everyone,i bought a Skoda Fabia 14 16v ...i am having an issue,the oil light came on when i was driving,i heard a beeping sound & the car cut out. I tried to start it back but the engine did not start..i waited for a few minutes then it started & the flashing brake light came on the dash board....i changed the oil,the level is fine but the oil light is still on,now the ABS light is on. The mechanic took out the oil unit & tested the oil pressure & that is fine. When the car is idling no lights on the dashboard are on..its only when i drive,that the lights come on. I test drive the car again the lights came on & the beeping sound,but it did not cut out this time(oil & brakelights on dasboard are still on). ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

I recently got my Skoda Fabia 1.4 16v(Gasoline engine),it has be parked for quite sometime...it is not starting at all. Diagnostic check was done & everything is fine..but it still would not start.The mechanic said the spark from the coil pack is not strong enough to start the engine,i replaced 1 coil pack & the spark still looks weak.. Can someone please help.
