This is what I want for my Octavia 2 FL, front and back. Before I purchase the all black ones from superskoda and attempt to cover / paint does anyone have any better suggestions or tips?

I'm looking to replace my rear mk 2 badge, and have been reading through the thread, however many of the links are dead. I saw that an updated version of the emblem from a fabia is a direct fit, but due the the age of the post I don't know if that's a mk 2 or 3 Fabia ? I just got a quote from another place - around £250 for the lot, but their fully booked for 2 months!

How much do you think it should cost to have my front grill and some headlight eyebrows painted & rear spoiler painted and fitted? I got a quote for £400 at my local place (i have to remove the chrome from the grill myself too) it seems a bit excessive to me! If anyone could recommend somewhere around swindon / reading areas that would be great!

I have them on the rear. Only rubbed a few times, once with a fully loaded car and occasionally when driving over 100 on uneven roads ( Autobahn don't worry! ) Day to today no issues!

Yeah all the ex forces vehicles exported to Germany had to have the rear fog changed to comply with the German equivalent of the MOT - TUV. Its often forgotten or not checked once sold back in the UK.

I have wanted one of these for a while too. I asked superskoda if they would be getting other colours, and their response was not sure. You can buy the spoiler fairly cheaply from german ebay, but I think the cost would be doubled to have it painted.

Very nice, I've just received my splitter, will I need to remove the front wheels to remove the wing bolts?
