I would, but there were no independent witnesses and (without trying to sound too judgemental) she seemed the type to just deny it so it would come back to me anyway :-( At least this way I can manage it rather than the insurers.

So, was stuck in traffic yesterday and the car in front decided they were in the wrong lane and thought reversing to get where they needed to be would be a good idea. Unfortunately it didn't matter to them that I was behind them. Managed to blare my horn when I saw the reverse lights come on which stopped the worse if it but their tow bar still hit the bottom of my bumper. It's split the lower black grille and the silver surround. Anyone for any idea where I could get those bits replaced?

That it does! ;-) I'm not too bothered about it all at the moment but if the impact of all of this changes the performance or cost of running the car, I'll be joining the 'Complain Here' queue.

Do you think that's not on there 'yet' or never will be? According to Wikipedia the engine in our L&K Yetis is an EA189...

I've had my L&K 170 manual for just over a week now and love it. Just driven from Bath to Dundee with no bother and was comfy the whole way :-) Got mine from new car discount in the end after a lot of shopping around. Purchase price of £22,242 which the dealers couldn't get anywhere near! (That sounds like I'm employed by them, promise I'm not, just rather chuffed with the car :-) )

Following on from my thread about the L&K leather colour I successfully managed to view this in the flesh, thanks to another forum member, and have now placed my order. In amongst my many pages browsed was this one below: http://www.skoda-auto.com/en/models/new-yeti-outdoor/design Right at the bottom of this page is a key fob cover in white and black that I think looks quite nice and will go nicely with the Candy White L&K I have on the way. Main problem, I can't see anything telling me where I can get this from. I've looked in the merchandise and accessories brochures and don't remember seeing them there. Anyone any clues?

That I did and that I am. It is still obviously brown and this won't be to everyone's taste but, in my opinion, when seen in the flesh the contrast/clash of colour is a lot less evident than I've seen in any picture or video (and believe me I looked at a lot) As you said, it's all personal, I was worried about the brown leather, saw it and liked it. I also want an engine that give abit more punch so wouldnt have gone for anything lower than the 170. I'm also not fussed about the KESSY systemso th nly options I will likely add are the steel pedals, mud flaps and maybe metallic paint. Now my mind is made up I can't wait to get my order in!

Well, thanks to Sad555 I have now seen said brown leather and was more than happy with how it looks. It was a sunny evening and the colour still looked very dark so my order for an L&K will be in next week :-)

Im Bath\Bristol based but work in Glastonbury. Think I may have found a L&K to look at in a dealer that's within about an hours drive so will hopefully be able to see it this weekend.

Thanks all for your input on this, the comments have confirmed what I originally thought, that I need to see it for myself before putting my order in. Just a matter of trying to locate one now...

Had a look at doing this but the price I've found is about £20 a month (on a PCP) difference for the L&K above the Elegance where as if I were to add in the sun roof and DAB the elegance comes out about £40 more again. Will do some more hunting this week as I was hoping to put my order in this weekend. Thanks for the responses so far
