  1. Did the update eventually reappear and complete for you or are you still waiting for it?
  2. I appreciate that it will take time to download but that doesn't explain why the update is no longer showing as pending or downloading when it was over the weekend.
  3. Got a message on the infotainment screen on Friday that the 1941 OTA update was available. The update started and had reached about 0.5Gb when I parked the car up. I made another couple of short journeys over the weekend and each time the download resumed and got up to about 1Gb. Came back to the car this evening and the update was no longer showing as pending. And the SW version was still 1848. On a possibly unrelated note on the journey today the sat nav had a bit of a melt down and half way through the drive decided I was about 5 miles from home as opposed to the 30 I actually was. Has any one experienced similar or have any idea about when/if the 1941 update will reappear?
  4. Yep everything works normally once it regains it's composure and settles down. Since my original post I've seen a post from another forum member who is having similar symptoms on a bolero system. One of the replies to that thread suggests that the problem was due to a faulty screen, replacement of which resolved the problem. I will mention it to the dealer next time I'm in and see what they say.
  5. I'm currently experiencing an intermittent fault with the Amundsen system in my 14 plate Elegance hatch. The problem seems to only happen shortly after starting the car and it is as though the touch screen is being randomly pressed. If it is in radio mode it will start beeping and cycling through stations, deleting presets and generally behaving oddly. On the sat nav screen it will again start beeping and randomly jumping through menus, changing options etc. While the system is behaving like this the pressing the touch screen has no effect. The problem usually seems to stop after 5 or so minutes and normal operation resumes (albeit that all the presets on the radio have disappeared and other random setting changes have occurred). The problem seems to be worse when the car has been left standing for a period of time but doesn't happen every time it is started. Has anyone experienced similar issues or have any clues as to what is going on?
