  2. im really interested in getting a fmic ,either jabba or forge is anybody else interested in getting one at the moment. im not in the position to start a group buy but im sure someone on here could do.money very tight and any money off would be great ,so please show some interest.or i will just wait until gti international and try to pick one up cheap there.
  3. fmic {forge or jabba} big brakes tip upgraded clutches strut braces
  4. josh i think your wheels look sweet mate and i agree that cream polo is the dogs:thumbup:
  5. yes i had the same it was the heat shield catching when the exhaust gets hot i presume it expands a little . when i had the oil changed i had a look underneath and it was very tight on one side to the heat shield so i put some padding in between the exhaust and heat shield and that stopped it.
  6. yes i have a octy vrs with 18"wheels just wondered if the callipers would be allright
  7. im thinking about buying some new brake discs prob tarox sport japans 312*25 ,will i have to change my standard octy vrs callipers or anything else as i see the audi tt brakes for sale on here are going with callipers as well, is this just because there better or are nessisary many thanks
  8. hi focus zetec i am hoping to get the forge fmic and the turbo pipe myself very soon did you have to swap your bumper for a different one ,i think it is 99 pounds or something so they can fit the fmic,
  9. thanks a lot for your advice guys ,i have allways gone with jabba but the only reason i was pushing towards the forge fmic was it looks a lot bigger and i presume creates more cold air
  10. could i pick your brains guys, ive been reading your comments on troubles with your fmic im soon to be getting a fmic and was going to opt for the forge over the jabba fmic at the momment only pushing 235 bhp but when money allows am looking to go the way of turbo upgrade same as some of you lucky devils any thoughts on the forge fmic:confused:
  11. my blueflame exhaust sat very wonky ,got it fitted at jabba and they tried for ages trying to get it straight ,so when i got home i rang blue flame and they sent out a replacement and i got a local exhaust center on the job and it sat a bit better but still sat over one side so i went to a fabricater and he cut the exhaust bracket arm thingy and rewelded it in place and is now sitting dead center a lot of hassel but the quality besides that is excellant
  12. thanks balgate for the reply muchly appreciated and mr dsmithmobile i dont think that looks **** at all very good idea but i suppose thats just my point of view where did you have the fmic fitted and do you notice a big difference thanku
