  1. Can anyone else see something slightly wrong here?!!!!
  2. After reading through this thread I have come to the conclusion that I know diddly squat about how cars work and generally go on the consensus of others on what to buy, however there is controversy in the camp over this product! I generally drive my vRS on the motorway for work and then a series of roundabouts getting into town, and some country lanes for some fun, have never taken it to a track (although keep toying with the idea) and so think that for saving £100 (which don't forget is still £100 which ever way you look at it) then the whiteline RARB is the way forward for me. The likes of Badger Bill and the other regular track users / good drivers then probably the Jabba is for them! That's my two pennies thrown in, feel free to shout abuse at me!!!! Hicksy
  3. A little bit of loob soon eases them up, a spray of WD40 on the join and wipe up any excess and they move a lot easier! Plus with time, like everything, it'll become a bit slack and loose and you'll soon be able to do it with one finger!
  4. Whilst watching youtube i found this... YouTube - Fabia RS na snehu he appears to know what he's doing when it comes to riding on the white stuff, anyone going to try the same if we get snow this christmas?!! Hicksy
  5. Businessmen in rep cars on their commute in to work are great for this game cos they're always in a rush everywhere... Audi A4's, Ford Mondeo's, Golf GTI's (not the new one) and Ford Focus's have all been covered in the wonderful black stuff. How satisfying it is Perhaps we should start a points system for cars that get "vRS'd" and maybe get some leaflets produced that we can throw out the window to land on their windscreen informing them they have just been vRS'd and that if they are wondering why their car is covered in black stuff then not to worry cos it's diesel power and can be bought at participating Skoda dealerships? Cheers, Hicksy
  6. Both of mine have been cracked for a while, bloody stone chips from the motorway. Local dealer said it'd be £45 per lens, not sure if that included fitting though.
  7. I had the beeping added but got it taken off a few months after as it got right on my t**s! The anti hijack is good, especially if you drive in cities and the other half drives the car and likes to leave their handbag on the passenger seat- so many get nicked at traffic lights!
  8. Jasc1988 - Where did you get yours from buddy?
  9. Just a quickie... Does it matter what year the Audi TT is that I am getting some 312mm discs, callipers, carriers and pads from? Have got standard one's at the mo, but want to upgrade to the 312's. Cheers for the help Hicksy
  10. The manual is boring, there's no story line at all
  11. I had this same problem same time last year, as it was still under warranty I took it to the local dealer and they fixed the problem for me! No idea what was wrong with it, but just so you know you're not alone!
  12. Good stuff, cheers guys! Looks like a top of anti freeze might sort the issue out then, glad it's nothing major - was starting to get worried!
  13. Thought I saw it on someone's signature who owns an Octy? Can't remember who's it was though!!
  14. Anyone know if we can get "follow me home lights" added on to the vRS by VAGcom? If anyone is unsure what i mean, it's when you turn your engine off at night and the lights stay on for 10ish seconds so you can see where you are walking! Cheers
