  1. Yes thought the same i did find this post when looking for a fix but the op didn't find there issue as it started working again , I'm going to get a new seal for the wiper motor and change the loom if I get anymore problems
  2. I've found it the rear wiper o ring where the motor meets the glass has been leaking in and running down the loom into the plugs cleaned up all ok now thanks for your offer of help
  3. The tail gate has just stopped working on my 2018 estate any ideas I had a message come up check hi level brake light when I stopped the thing wont open you can hear the catch working when you push the button but wont release?plus I've noticed the number plate lights go off when you press the boot button never noticed that before
  4. Anyone run a winter grill cover on there tdi ,it's a 2018 mk3 vrs dsg, my mpg drops a lot when its anything under 5 degrees I normally get around 50mpg on the way to work in normal temps when it gets cooler it drops to around 33mpg same distance and trip every day so was wondering if the grill cover would help
  5. Can anyone tell me how you can check to see if your charge or egr cooler is leaking internally. Ive removed a couple of the sensors to see if I can get my scope inside but the holes are to small . I loose about 300ml of coolant every 500 miles ish . Been like it 12 months fed up of topping it up now 2018 vrs tdi dsg
  6. Anyone changed there coolant without using a pressure bleeder going to try flush some of the silica out the system today brought a new bottle to stop anymore entering the system and see what happens just worried about airlocks
