  1. I had this 'recall' when my Karoq was in for service. It involves them altering a number in the handbook, it took about 5 minutes. I don't even have a clue what the alteration related to.
  2. My Karoq was in for 2 year service, and an apparent fault on the door locks was detected (we didn't know anything about this). Appointment was made and locks have now been replaced, under warranty.
  3. I have read your post, but obviously I can't comment on your experience. I am posting about my latest dealings with Pulmans, I do however understand you going to a good indie in Blyth now that your car is out of warranty.
  4. Three visits to Pulmans (was Silbury) in the last fortnight. 1st for a 2 year service, this found a fault on the central locking system requiring locks to be replaced, 2nd for lock replacement (under warranty), a few days later a headlight bulb blew. After struggling to get my hand in to change the bulb I phoned Pulmans for any advice/hints, to be told that if I came in the would fit a new bulb free of charge (me providing bulb). 3rd Fitment of bulb. Excellent helpful service with free coffee and biscuits whilst you wait.
  5. I've just checked and the vehicle is now sold, so my enquiry is now irrelevant 🙃
  6. I don't know what they have got now, but the karoq I am referring to was T4GFW, and now has the registration number NX22DH0.
  7. Yes, it has been repaired. The seller states that they have photos, but I was trying to find out a bit more info. There are no photos on vcheck.
  8. This Karoq is up for sale as a cat s write off (has different reg no now). Did anyone on here own this car, and if so, can we speak re the extent of the damage? Thanks Dave
  9. I had a warning on my phone on the My Skoda app, plus an email, when my dash cam fell off the windscreen last week due to the hot weather. This was handy as I couldn't see/hear my car where it was parked.
  10. I have a Karoq 1.0 SE manual and use fuelly to record my fuel consumption as that covers all journeys. Mileage 6890 Average 47.8 mpg Best 53.4 mpg
  11. Just as a bit of a comparison, I have a 1.0 Karoq SE manual, and keep a check on fuel using fuelly. Over the last 6608 mile I have these figures. Basic Stats 47.6(0.0) Avg UK MPG 47.1(-4.9) Last UK MPG 52.0(15/06/2022) Best UK MPG
  12. Thanks for the replies. I've now reverted to applying the handbrake when stationary, like I used to do before this electronic handbrake appeared.....
  13. I am aware that I have Auto Hold enabled, but I wasn't aware that the brake lights stay illuminated! You learn something everyday 🙂
  14. I've just noticed last night that my brake lights stay illuminated when stationary in stop/start mode (without my foot being on the brake pedal). Is this normal, and if so, why have I only just noticed it!!!? I find it annoying to be sat behind a car when stationary with its brake lights illuminated, and now my car is doing the same thing 🤔
  15. It's useful to try to get a photo/video of the warning lights flashing if something like this happens. It's easier than trying to explain things to the garage. Hope you get the issues sorted soon.
