  1. Should be ok, most of the duff ones were from a few years back.
  2. We have both a rapid and an octy 3. Very happy with both but the octavia is a considerably more premium feeling, more comfortable machine. That said, I prefer the rapid for short about-town jaunts.
  3. Sorry - my mistake - I meant bw 22: http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/309296-2015-model/?fromsearch=1 Turns out 33 is when my car was built! Stupid brain...
  4. BW 33 was when the last load of changes came in. HTH
  5. Try forge? It's a long shot though. They did adjustable camber thingies for my old bora. Nice kit.
  6. 6+ car lengths braking distance improvement over equivalent summer tyres when used under 7 degrees C is a fairly good reason to use them... Not all about snow.
  7. Should be if it's based on the SE and build after week 33. All SEs after wk 33 have an arm rest.
  8. +1 to this. Just tried downloading and applying the logos from the first link and it works fine on mine. Go into the radio settings, station logos, then apply to your presets. It *is* a bit irritating you can't just magically apply to everything.
  9. Thanks. I know I can play with offsets and widths a bit and still be safe. I guess I'm trying to find a solution that is insurance friendly. https://www.abi.org.uk/~/media/Files/Documents/Publications/Public/Migrated/Motor/ABI%20guide%20to%20winter%20tyres%20The%20motor%20insurance%20commitment.ashx Key thing there is that the wheels and tyres can't deviate from the manufacturers standard specification, though it's not clear (for instance) if I can use a 16" wheel that is the same offset and width and tyre size as a manufacturer approved 17" wheel. For instance, golf mk6 alloys should fit fine (7jx16", et 45), but that's not in the list.
  10. Crikey - so there are. I saw the first page of results and it married up exactly with information I found elsewhere. There are some odd exceptions to offset and speed ratings on the other pages so I'll do a bit more digging. Overall I think what this tells me is that finding aftermarket alloys for the o3 is bloody hard. Offsets and wheel sizes are pretty uncommon from what I can tell.
  11. Exactly the info I've been looking for, except the links no longer work :( Anyone know where the latest version can be found?
