  1. 8. StealthVrs (if I'm free I'll drop down) Hopefully it will have been Remaped by then
  2. Not finished yet, but should be a true 400-420bhp[emoji33]
  3. Made my own beads on custom boost pipes and put more heat shielding in
  4. Try this, I've put/still uploading lots of build pics on there http://s566.photobucket.com/user/ccarl06/library/Skoda%20Octavia%20VRS/Skoda%20Vrs%20K04%20hybrid%20To%20GT28%20Build
  5. Hope these pics work. Was this, K04 Hybrid>>>> To this>>>>> GT28 Turbo(400BHP)>>>>>>>> Old pistons out(Before) Cleaned them up(After) Getting the pistons/Forged rods all put together ready to drop in Going back in New oil pump Im no Mechanic, just Haynes book and google. And my drive way should do a build thread really :/ This weekend is > Cylinder head back on/turbo lines/timing belt/heat sheild and what ever else I can do
  6. I've been changing my K04 hybrid conversion Mk1 Ocy to a Gt28 top mount build. Not the fastest build as I only have weekends free but Im getting there. Plus I'm no mechanic lol This weekend just gone I got the forged rods/New piston rings/Acl race bearings and New oil pump in. I've got lots of pics, but It won't let me put any up :(
  7. Yea I don't have much choice really due to hose lol but it works
  8. Brought it off Fleebay, it's the smaller one I think. anyway I Fitted it today but I'm not 100%happy with the location. Pipes run over the maf whitch looks pants but it works I suppose. Any ideas where I could relocate it too? Cheers Ps excuse the dirty engine bay :(
  9. That's if u attempt to port one, obviously they can't can't be ported due to them being hollow. But that was a k03 and it could of been a early version or something, I don't know. a jbs k04 oem look mani is better than a stock oem mani end of. And his question was based on buying a stock or upgraded mani not what's the best mani to port. If it was my money I would buy a good/not cracked stock mani and get it ported. But just because it (jbs k04) can't be made any better (ported), doesn't mean it's "crap" compared to oem. Opinion based on something read on Facebook lol
  10. Had mine 2yrs, no issues here. I just think if ur going to give advice back it up with info, bla bla said so lol. Tbf Bill does know his stuff thou. Doesn't he sell ported k04 manis that are jbs copies thou? Brought a relentless mani, fitted straight on/no leaks or nothing melted - Said know one.
