  1. Oct 20 to Mar 21 and April 21 on Y'know....Google is an amazing tool.
  2. Well, in my case, the bottom of the cartridge is resting on top of the level probes, not falling below them, so the ends of the probes are not rubbing against the side of the (very tough) membrane of the cartridge.
  3. Shove one of those Silikat cartridges in the tank - that’ll keep the cr@p at bay in the meantime.
  4. Unfortunately, I don’t think that would make much of a difference to tyre roar, except by having less rubber on the road, but changing the tyres will. The tread on the Conti All Season are far more pliable and sidewalls are softer and fatter than the OE P7’s and both these contribute to the lower level of noise.
  5. I don’t know if that’s normal or not, but it doesn’t look like that’d be normal. I hope water hasn’t entered the headlamp itself and caused damage and thereby the issue, primarily because I understand the replacement cost of the headlamp unit is absolutely horrific.
  6. I wouldn’t be buying anything from them anytime soon. I’d be moving the order to another dealer - recommended on here, if there are any of course - and tell the current dealer the reason why.
  7. Much better. 👍🏻 Anyone know if they’re a member here?
  8. ….. but the tyre make and type does make a huge difference to the amount of noise in the cabin. P7’s were unbelievably noisy; the Conti All Season are much quieter.
  9. The interesting part about all this is I was told, by SUK, in June 2020 that warranty decisions are the responsibility of the dealer, which I take to mean dealer warranty decisions are audited after the event by the warranty team at MK and if they deem it was fair, they’ll pay the dealer for the parts and labour. We had a similar situation in car rental, whereby we had dealer warranty status and could therefore authorise warranty decisions and then claims from the manufacturer. I can only think this is why there is a reluctance to authorise claims were they think there is the slightest possibility of it being rejected.
  10. That is terrible! How can the VC not have a decent transparent protection screen?
  11. Yeah, but it’s a Frankinperb, Colin, so it don’t count…😂
  12. Welcome to the 280 Club, leolito.👍🏻
  13. Ours is an April ‘16 car and it doesn’t have a build sticker.
  14. £67….? To replace the pollen filter…..? It literally took idiot me ten minutes, start to finish, including finishing me tea, unwrapping the very expensive Mann Clinkerstomdisinfectonstafuntenfart filter, walking to the car, contorting myself in the footwell and walking to from the car in the garden! They cannot pay more than £4 trade for the standard filter (on the basis we used to get 68% on filters) so that works out to an hourly labour rate of….. drum roll….. a mere £378!!
