Discounted to £30,400 Only today I received photos of my dealers white car....sorry if I offend anyone....naff colour.... His car same spec £35,600 loyalty discount £33700... Loyalty my arse, I've had 6 cars in 4 years from them for she who must be obayed and I .... I sent them the quote , still looking like VRS for me. Really must try harder if they want my business, can I just say.....I actually like the last edition better,on looks. All the best, sorry if I've peeled anyone off,it is an opinion after all .

I have to say some of you people must be at a different dealer, because I simply have the best service ,My wife Is on her 3rd Yeti in 4 years, we took delivery of her 50th prezzie LK 1.8 4x4 . The past yetis and service great. I too had a brace of yeti and a Octavia Scout and again faultless. Service are spot on as are the sales team. Sometime it pays to be nice and you get nice....I was in Simpsons only a few weeks back and an elderly gent was very rude.....if it had of been me .....I would have put rude on his arse. -
Mence.... I'm with you on that....I'm most likely going VRS,I've just been on a Configurator for the Scout.... Pains me to say but it look "crap" ...Skoda need to upgrade the configuration system. We have a Metal grey Yeti L & K.....it'll be a bit naff but sod it...vrs metal grey black pack 19s......toys for me All the best

Hello All. I work offshore and after a few years being overseas I came back to live in UK.....I bought a Yeti 140 Elg , was a brand I never thought I'd like...I moved to a 170Yeti....loved it....bought the wife a 1.2tsi DSG ....sh loved hers.....I went to a Octavia Scout.dsg ...really impressed with it....just bought the wife for her 50th a Yeti 1.8tsi 4x4 L&K....it's the business...... Almost 2 years ago I traded my Scout for a 3.0tdi a4 Allroad...up and down from Aberdeen was great in the Scout but I wanted a tad more power so traded up......well my 50th is approaching so I sold my A4 and ordered a S3...... But something kept niggling away at me...42k sitting still for 6 months....mmmm that's not right, and so I cancelled my order. I'm now back looking at a VRS est....and then I see the new Scout is due... I've managed to spec a Scout up ( my understanding you can choose roof bar colour...silver strips round windows and black interior is a free choice ) My Scout has come in at £32800 before any discounts offered, this puts the car in another price band and opens the door to other options. However....it has to be said IMHO that a Scout will always sell and even more so secondhand. Colours available are in All octavia range . I emailed my dealer and was told NO plans for incentive % to buy Scout though this may change. Skoda is no longer a laughing stock,it's a real brand and a growing brand,it will remain under other VAG cars...but let's not kick the arse out of it SUK with price

Hello to every one, I have been on this site before but not really introduced myself......I'm sat diver. History....before divorce M3 Boxter S etc...... Pick your self up......move on.....I lived overseas for a year and when I came back I only had about 20k for a car And I really fancied a Yeti......Brilliant I bought a 140 Ellegance 4x4 well true to form.....I wasn't satisfied and swapped it for a 170..... Even better, it's everything you need and more, it's that good, well.......fate delt hand last week and the car I originally ordered over a year ago turned up and again I swapped I now have my Octavia Scout Tdi Dsg full of toys and I like it more than the Yeti......it seems to suit me better and the box is brilliant. My mrs has a Yeti now she has a SE 1.2DSG and I would say it's quite simply one of the BEST cars I have ever driven, seriously it's that good Do not be reined in by the bigger engine like I was the Dsg 1.2 is a gem THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN MOTORING. Now I'm going to look at maybe chipping the Scout.....any one have any ideas.......I'm up and down from Preston to Appleby M 70ULY REG Very hard going into a dealer for the first time, but I challenge anyone not to by a Skoda product.....I was a car SNOB..... Not any more Happy Xmas to you all and be safe
