Yes, I would say the brake pedal does have a lot of travel. You have to push on pedal fairly hard for the brakes to react. With regard to speakers its odd that neither of the front work

Can someone help me, got a vrs and have a couple of issues I would like advice on. 1. When accelerating I can hear a bit of a Rattling noise which sounds as if its coming from passager side of car. Noise stops when I take it out of gear or stop accelerating. 2. Sometimes when accelerating hard I get a loud beep noise which comes from speedometer/speedo area. No lights are on and nothing shows on scan. 3. The car currently has a remap, it was tuned by mij exhaust in London. I was wondering if it would run okay if I put standard map back on, car has straight through exhaust, pd150 turbo and egr delete. Will this cause issues with standard remap? 4. Both front speakers are not working, checked wiring at cd player and all looks okay and also checked the eq.

Dam! Would have had it as it was grey colour, btw what has replaced it? Or has nothing replaced it yet?

Both 7R and TT RS are DSG and S-tronic. The RS is 7 speed Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk

In the wet tables would turn but I think this partly down to the power. It feels a lot more sketchy than the Golf does when WOT around bends in the wet. But that is what makes the TTRS so much more enjoyable to drive than the Golf. Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk

I can vouch for this as I now own one. As a reply to your previous comment a custom GEO setup, decent tyres on 18s makes a huge difference in handling. I would honestly say the 7R would really struggle to match the TT RS with proper geo on a DRY bendy Road. I own both btw hehe Sent from my D6603 using Tapatalk

I am now really considering getting shot of my lease which was on a 24m, 10k deal. It now has 12m left and 8k left and it is £309 a month, over mileage cost is low at 7p if more miles are needed. Spec is DSG, Lapiz blue and heated seats, car was recently serviced at 10k. Condition of car is new bare one tiny scratch on 1 alloy.
