    Hi Earlier in the year I renewed my van insurance 6 weeks later I sold the van and informed the insurance the same day They told me they would refund me pro-rata minus a fee of £75 Payment would supposedly take up to 28 days but nothing has been refunded I am calling them this week but what can I threaten them with at this point to get my refund Tia
