Thanks for your valuable input, I checked that found coolant level is very low that point to coolant leak, then i go to workshop. Mechanic checked and found there is leak from one of horizontal pipe (white). They replaced it. Neill, I have one query regarding timing chain. Is there any limits after which we have to change it. Actually a mechanic told me to replace it because it completed 64000km. Thanks, Raj

Thanks Neill for suggestion, sorry for wrong information, today i checked that AC fan is working....Actually i was driving it from long time but didn't see temperature reaching beyond 90C. yesterday i saw indication for low level of coolant then i filled it and now i am seeing that temperature reaching till 120C ...my radiator fan was not working from last 6 month but temp didn't reach above 90C. Is there coolant quality issue or something else.

Hi, I am using Octavia TDI 1.9 2005 model (64000 KM). Radiator fan is not working and temperature meter showing around 100. Please tell me the best place to replace it Delhi/Noida, how much it cost. Or can I manage by repairing. Thanks, Raj
