If you are thinking of getting a car from here don't bother. I had a car from them through Motability, the rear wiper failed within a week. I took it in to them for a replacement under warranty to be told they are on back order with no known date for delivery. I returned again in January to be told they are on back order with no known date for delivery. In February I emailed them, no reply. I emailed the Disability Manager and the Dealer Principal. No reply I March I went in again to be told they are on back order with no known date for delivery, this is now 4 months down the line and my car is still not fit for purpose.

My Greenline Estate has also become a victim of this, I only took delivery on 06/12/12, apparently there are a lot of failures happening atm, new motors are on backorder and no-one know when this will be rectified.

The total opposite is also an option, I have been at a police station when a driver was brought in to read PACE, took him over 3 hours.

Currently 52 years young and got the vrs because I wanted something to give me the power I want to use when I want it. Never been too impressed with Jap cars, hate BMWs, Jags are just rebadged Fords.

Autoparts Centres do a supply and fit service for less than £200, they also call it back in after 2 weeks to make sure everything is ok.

I've done 3 cars in less than an hour each time fitting plus wiring 4 speakers, I didn't find it that difficult a job.

Mine was like that, turned out to be the coil pack on it's way out, cost £31ish for the pack and about £70 labour

I had a problem with my engine management light flashing, I was told to take my car in. They attached their computer, diagnosed a coil pack failure, it was replaced under warranty and I was on my way within an hour. Excellent service, they even gave me a free coffee whilst I was waiting.
