Hi all been away a fair while since I got rid of the mk2 VRS, still one of my fave cars I have owned. Since then some 3 yrs ago I have had a 130i. But as these get rarer I realised I wanted to keep it for special so garages bar fun days. Long story short needed a sub £2k daily . As I loved the ergonomics and practicality Of the mk2 fab I have now settled on the rather unknown ( well it was to me ) 1.9 tdi as strong engine and I have had pretty much all 1.9 flavours bar the 105bhp version . so been looking at cars, found one that needs some TLC , it’s a sport and has all the sport trimmings but noticed it has the later 3 spoke steering wheel and also the rear spoiler looks like a standard one or no fins. So as it has a white roof on dark blue would that be the reason or did Skoda change the spec list in 2009 car is registered may 2009. I’ve looked everywhere for confirmation but details are thin on ground. Thanks all, oh and I found my old vrs parts in the garage , so hids mats and rubber bolt mat already to go in once I purchase the right car

pretty sure there are 8 active route masters in London on the only remaining heritage route 15, they were brought back due to demand. I thanks my lucky stars the bendy buses died and nobody wants them back. Love Law Courts one of my branches i cover is there so we always get to see the demos or big cases that happen. Think thats one of the oldest branches we have too , look like hogwarts inside

Ok, Fabia is long gone and still have some parts left. So have a Forge Intercooler for a Mk2 Fabia VRS. A great mod that definitley is needed if you remap. But i also noted a gain during the summer and at high speeds where the efficiency meant boost was held much further up int he rev range. Great bit of kit and is a direct replacement of the original with proper cast end tanks. These are £500 new so this is a bargain. Great condition, bar the odd bent fin and a bit of dirt. So Looking for £260 if delivered or will do cheaper if you can come and pick it up as i am in Kent so drop me an offer. Also on eBay

Ok, so now the Fabia is gone i still have my winter wheels. These are basically mk1 Fabia VRS wheels which have been professionally refurbished in satin Black. I also fitted new style centre caps to them. They are fitted with Kumho Ice bear Winter tyres. Tread wise the frots are more worn than the rears. so 8mm for the rear two and 4mm for the front two. Not s single mark on them and will be great to fit on your mk2 Fabia or Mk1 Fabia. Tyres are 195 -50-16 and performed amazingly well in the 2 ft of snow we had at the nurburgring last year. These also look really good on the car too, pic last year of them on mine at bottom. Looking for £300 for them, bargain for great condition wheels and winter tyres. Pick up only from Sittingbourne Kent, i can meet within reason, any questions please ask

Ok guys, my Fabia has gone and been sold on, so a few parts up for sale now. So its just over 6 months old and i bought it from Milltek last year. rather easy to fit if you have a ramp or cheap for an exhaust place to sort ofr you. All in amazing condition and will be fully cleaned and Is like. NEw These sound great and i know i will miss the sound of it as you get the lovely DSG farts when you floor it and although i have no proof it genuinely made my CTHE engined car feel a Lot quicker. Fit is as you would expect with Milltek, spot on with no noise or banging. I am looking for £350 for it which seems a fair price based on what others have sold for recently. i am looking fr pickup from Kent area as postage is harder to sort due to size. however i could meet in a certain distance to aid the sale. Ok no finance sections to ask this in. So i phone up VW to sort the hand back of my VRS, ask the process and as agreement ends 2nd september 2016 the guy said are you over your miles, i said yes by about 4000 miles. So he says well you can voluntary terminate and we will not charge you the excess milage charge. Looked it up and says no issue for credit file and not sure why he suggested it as it looks like it diddles vw finance out of money........ I have to say within next 5 days if thats what i want to do, so anyone shed any light on this. I am in finance as a mortgage adviser but car finance seems to be a black art compared to mortgages.....lol

Oh well, cocked my maths up and think the vrs will be handed back next month to Skoda instead of buying it, 7k to purchase and I always worked it as 5k, I' pave had my fun , faultless and if anyone wants a good in this was a good in, driven hard but fixed servicing and never used mega oil. So be some goodies like forge inter cooler and milltek for sale soon. Need s replacement car for around £3K, civic Type r is high on the list,
