  1. You would be better off getting a cheap Satnav from Halfords that comes with a window mount. The PID battery dosen't last that long without being pluged into the holder. I took the PID on a walk and it lasted less than 2hours.
  2. Get the white one if you like cleaning it every couple of days. I just cleaned the wife's white citigo and she went out shopping. I went to help bring in the shopping and the back of the car was almost black...!
  3. I think the dealer is saying they can deliver but it will be 12+ weeks so if she walks away she will loose the deposit or have trouble getting it back.
  4. Just a wee thought would the dealer not be entitled to keep your deposit as you have pulled out of the deal not him?? Also as Skoda are having problems making enough citigos due to the price of it even if you go to another dealer it will be the same supply problem. I would go with the 5door as I have a 3door and it's a bit tight in supermarket parking spaces to open the doors.
  5. Hi I am from Scotland whats sunshine?? :sun: Have you tried moving the seat up or down ? I found this helped in a couple of car I've had. Derek
  6. Hi Jimmy I hope you like cleaning the car as the back on my wife's white SE is always dirty after just a few miles of driving. Enjoy Derek
  7. Yes the button is on the centre consol along with the heated rear screen button. Derek
  8. I was picking up steel wheels for the wife's citigo from West End Garage, Uphall. I had the tyres in the back of the car and Ken the parts man said they would fit them for me. GREAT SERVICE !! Very Happy Man
  9. Hi Malcster It's worth the wait + you should get it before Xmas Yee Haa Derekmack30 p.s. You should write a book about how long it took you to get it Cheers, enjoy
  10. Hi Crista Did it also have the square steering wheel??
  11. Hi All Yes I agree with hmibenett it is the skill behind the wheel that matters I have had a Suzuki Grand Vitara and still lost grip at a round about at Sighthill in the snow now have winter tyres on both my Citigo and the wifes much better grip and breaking distance. + we get alot of snow in Livingston, Scotland.
  12. Hi Crista I have just fitted winter tyres on to my Elegance 75 after buying a set of steel wheels from ebay. Then 14" wheel trims from Halfords and 4 Skoda wheel stickers from ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130799053445. They look ok
  13. I have fitted Osram Night Breaker Plus on my Elegance 75 and the wifes SE 60 much better than the standard head lights. As we both do motorway & country lanes driving a big differance in distance light cover. I am interested in the daylight improvements as well but as there are no light blubs made so far I will wait.
  14. Hi Mick Thanks for the info & pics. Great job. I have ordered winter tyres this month so will get the flaps next month or maybe put them on santa's list? Cheers Derekmack30
