Please find a more detailed version of my post below as I don't seem to be able to edit my original post. When I start the car the computer the average MPG no longer displays, it just shows dots where the figures should be. A few miles after I start driving the MPG display comes up and jumps up and down. The only thing I have done recently is changed the battery. Can anyone suggest how I can fix this problem. Thanks.

Hi, I have a problem with the Computer on my Skoda Fabia 1.9TD 2007 When I start the car the computer displays the average MPG but when I start driving the MPG display jumps up and down.
