A single App update later (automatic) and the charging history went. And never shows anything now. It's updated again to version 8.12.0 and still nothing. I've looked under "Battery range...charging history" and "Profile..powerpass...charging history OR charging statistics". It's not just the old data that's gone, new charging sessions never show. I've changed the filters (data and vehicle ID), nothing.

Everything else works in the app. I can lock and unlock the car, set preferred locations and charging times, etc., but my charging history never shows.

Any clues?

I'd like some real world experiences please, as I'm changing jobs and have been told to start looking at what I'd like as a company car (first world problem!).

Having had an awful experience with a 2021 Arteon PHEV with those horrible capacitive/Haptic Touch buttons everywhere, and constant software issues with the assist systems and infotainment system (like many others), I swore I'd never have a new VAG car again.

Cut to now, and the criteria for the car is EV, reasonably sized SUV, and within a certain budget...which the Enyaq fits in to perfectly...I can get a 85X Sportline within the budget, and available from stock.

From the many reviews I've watched and read Skoda have decided to put more real buttons back into the facelift, along with improving the infotainment software, and I can't find any bad reviews.

Does anyone have real experience of the facelift car, and maybe moving from the original?

Other options I'm going to look at are the Kia EV5, Nissan Ariya, Renault Scenic (although I think this may be too small), and while it's not available with the lease company yet, the Smart 5.

I could also get a BMW i5 M Sport Touring (it's crazy how these lease prices work, when that's about £30k more to buy than the other cars I'm looking at!), but my new employer says it won't be suitable for the stuff I have to carry!

I have tried the ones listed on windscreenwipers (AP28U). However, the suggested adaptor (4) does not fit.

The same is applicable to the ELROQ. However, when I use the Škoda website’s ‘Build your own Škoda’ both the ENYAQ and ELROQ are listed as having a max DC charging power of 135kW.

Is anyone able to confirm what the max charging power is of both ENYAQ and ELROQ coming off the production line now?

If it is 175kW, then the ‘Build your own Škoda’ section needs updating.

So, my question is: Is this something I can fix myself, or am I looking at contacting a garage?

Excuse the sun shining on the screens in the photos - its nice the sun is out for once.

I heard this was a Skoda software issue so waited.

After an update during Feb, the car started waking up as scheduled. Happiness ensued for several weeks.

Then more recentl;y after further over the air updates, it's back to not waking up. I got it to wake up last week, noted ALL of the settings on the car and the charger, then back to not waking up. Currently, can't fathom it out at all.

Question. Does anyone have the above car/charger where they could send me ALL of their settings for both please? I like the car...but it's not persuading me to keep it at the moment!!

Anyone used an OBD on their Enyaq to locate a defective parking sensor?

Recently updated to ME3.7 via OTA (Don't know if it will show up here). I haven't updated the map yet. (Some problems with old disk and USB C to USB A adapter. Tested with USB C memory stick, it gets up. But doesn't update) But does anyone have an idea of what needs to be updated / is old here? Which possibly Møller needs to update?

I've had my car connected to an Ohme ePod using the yellow type 2 cable that came with the Enyaq. No issues for 6 months, until last night when it failed to charge. Same again this morning when I went out to disconnect it.

Dash reads Unable to Connect, and infotainment system registers an attempt to charge (brings up the charging screen) and then says Charging Cancelled. Activating charging in the normal way, so long press on the Play button on the Ohme and waiting for the connection and the Green light. Lights on the Ohme bar are mainly Blue (left side) and Green (right side). Cable locks in place and cannot be removed until the car is unlocked, which appears normal. App connects to the vehicle ok, but unable to see the charging dial status (just says to view battery level, pull down to refresh).

Should the top right pin on the socket (CP) be recessed a little, compared with the top left side (PP)? Visual inspection looks fine apart from this difference and images online of the socket look the same as mine.

Is there a recommended reset routine to follow either on the vehicle or the ePod? I've tried a hard reset on the infotainment system (15 seconds to restart).

I have enquired about ordering it as an accessory but I have been told its not available "YET". has anyone who has the transport package can tell me what's involved, what parts are there to it?

Having looked it just looks like a foam boot liner and a boot floor, is there anything else to it?

I fitted a frunk to mine but lack of v2l is a frustration. I suspect it won't come as a software update, sadly.

Skoda had earliest appointment convenient for me and them 04/08. they initially offered 21/07 but i cannot get it to them then.

Has anyone noticed what other chargers are cheaper using there own app or payg ?

after having a rather stressful run from Aberdeen to Birmingham and back in February where none of the damn public EV chargers worked, I started getting distracted by the BMW (108kWh battery and an 800-volt system) and Volvo (112kWh battery on an 800-volt SPA3 platform) promises of 500 mile range batteries in their new 2026 models. This got me thinking, what's the state-of-play with aftermarket battery upgrades on VAG vehicles? Other than the infotainment system I am super happy with my Enyaq VRS, however the real-world range of 215 (ish) miles is just a little on the light side for the trips I regulalry drive - and when charge-station after charge-station along motorway is out of action, it gets squeaky bum time pretty rapidly.

I guess an aftermarket battery will impact Skoda warranties across all aspects of the car from drivetrain to computer? Has anyone looked into upgrading EV batteries? I have googled (though my google-fu aint the best) and can only really find companies that due Nissan Leaf battery upgrades - so I guess there is non-VAG precedence?

Just curious, appreciate anyone's thoughts! (...except go back to ICE...I am very happy charging my car from my domestic solar for free, until I find petrol in my garden I aint going back...).

I have a small dent in the tailgate. There is a local business which will come out and remove dents like these - he is very good, I've used him before.

The problem will be he will want the interior trim removed so he can get at the dent from the inside …

How do I remove the trim, please?

Their advice is to take it to the local dealer at Sighthill Edinburgh and ask them to unlock it to allow local garages to reset after a service.

Any advice or assistance would be most welcome. I purchased the car from Bristol Skoda and don’t fancy the long journey, especially staying in West Lothian.

I made a mistake of linking both car and charger and have conflicts which are preventing scheduled charging.

I've tried deleting the car from the Ohme app but it keeps remembering the connections (I've deleted phone cache).

In the short term I'm going to disconnect the Ohme account and use location charging for scheduled charging via the Enyaq/MySkoda app. I think this will be a temporary fix.

Another advice on clearing the API links? I'm guessing the Enyaq probably needs to forget the link to buy other than a factory reset I'm not sure how I could do this.

Ideally I'd like to remove the front & rear camera from my Karoq and fit it into the new car.

Since the Karoq's accessory socket/Cigar lighter socket does not switch with the ignition, I wired it into the fuse box using a piggy back fuse holder.

Looking at the Motability info, it says, I'm not allowed to play with the electrics on the new car, it has to be plug and play.

Is there a switch accessory socket in the Enyaq, or must I pay the dealer to do the dirty work?

My Enyaq was at main dealer this week for a number of things, one being the satnav playing up.

When stationary, e.g. lights, roundabout etc for a period of time, the nav locates OK. As soon as vehicle starts moving, the nav goes off on it's own losing the correct location.

The dealer stated (not sure how they tested) it needed a new GPS aerial and OCU battery.

Could possibly understand an aerial but my belief is the OCU battery is for the emergency call system ??

The price to do this is nearly £800 !!! The dealer justifies this by saying the OCU battery replacement requires the dash to be remove, hence a lot of labour charge.

Anybody have similar experience and get sorted by same or alternative method please ??

Is anyone using E.ON Next Drive Smart (v5.5)? If you are how are you find it? Any issues with charging? I only ask as the default always seems to be Octopus from what I can see. Since getting our Enyaq (02/01/2026) I signed upto Octopus and whilst I like the app I'm not enjoying the tariff. Intelligent Go v1 Feb 26 (where I live... Anglesey) is currently Standing charge 69.03p/day, Peak rate 34.46p/kWh and Low rate 7.5p/kWh which seems very expensive to me!

Meanwhile E.ON Next Drive Smart are offering Standing charge 60p/day, Peak rate 31.21p/kWh and Low rate 6.5p/kWh. The difference is aroud £175/year, so not to be sniffed at.

Octopus in general seem to have great reviews but I'm not feeling it, any thoughts, experience you could share (especially about E.ON)?

Slightly distracting particularly at night though not a major problem, just annoying when you catch it in peripheral vision and touch the light to turn it off, only for it to turn itself on again a few minutes or seconds later.

I would like to use plug and charge with Electroverse. Can anyone please help me find the PCID?

I have activated powerpass but cant see a pcid in the app.

I've had my Enyaq about 10 days now and erm... I can't seem to make much sense of it. So many menus and sub menus that don't seem to be all that logical in their design.

It's not distracting from the experience, it's such a laid back, relaxed way to get around, but for me... it's just too complex to use whilst moving and if I was being hyper critical, it's a bit too big and the left of the screen too far away to use safely when driving.
