      I'm off 'em for 90 something days now. Try a fag length piece of drinking straw. And just breath in through that for a bit. Gives your fingers something to do and controls breathing thus calming you a little.

      I also still crave but right from the start whenever I do/did I've done a set of 30 press ups. It takes your mind off it and keeps the b1tcht1ts at bay. Iam still doing 90-120 a day

      Very high quality coilies or mid range (upwards) shocks and springs.

      The closer to 4 figures you spend the better

    Bought and fitted Heko deflectors yesterday, cracked one while fitting. Emailed to get price for replacement, got reply sending out FOC. Great customer service, well chuffed :-)
