The car starts no problem in cold weather with the SAI delete, the only running issue I had was a split hose from the crankcase to the inlet manifold was causing a lean on bank one fault. I fitted a Cloude9 catch can kit and that cured the issue.

Had the car mapped at JP Tuning in Hawick, it now makes 200bhp and 250lbft (340nm) Also had the SAI mapped out, had to unplug the haldex as it's only a 2WD rolling road.

Been a while since I've updated this thread, car is still running well and has had a few upgrades this past year.

When replacing the cam belt & water pump, what else...
Would be worthwhile replacing the four plastic pipe connections for alloy ones.
