  2. Moving on from the first car thread, whats the best car youve had?

Doesnt have to be the one that cost the most money or your current car, im sure youll have your reasons why its the best

My car history is as follows

    94 micra

    97 rover 200

    98 primera SRi

    2001 almera tino

    2000 octy 1.6

    2003 octy vrs

The best one and the car id have back today is the primera SRi, it was the first car i bought that had electric everything, alloys, spoiler. And it handled like nothing else. Although not that fast, if i was on twisty roads it would put most things to shame. It never broke, i loved it.

  4. Need new rear tyres, i normally go for michelins(personal preference) but due to financial constriants my money is been spent elsewhere on something more important to me. I understand the above tyres are budgets, ditchfinders, false economy etc... But if anyone has experiance with either of the above please share your views.

My mum used to have accelera alpha(i think) on her old astra estate and they were pretty good

  5. Surely they cant be any worse then alot of 2nd cars out there? At least ex police cars are serviced, shoestring or not. Some cars dont even get that, get ragged to death by various owners day in day out and people still buy those and get years of trouble free motoring

  6. Does anyone have a picture of the cheapo ebay induction kit fitted to a vrs?

Im planning on getting one, however my car as an aftermarket alarm and the siren is down near the battery i need to check clearance as best i can. I can move the siren but the wiring is part of the cars standard wiring, proper job. Moving it could be a pita plus dont want any argo on the insurance side if the car is ever stolen/broken into.

    Thanks in advance
