can't remember what the registration was - something innocuous but personal, like A16 ADD - it was on a brand ew looking Golf R estate

 

but the front plate itself was tiny - about the length of an A5 piece of paper, or maybe smaller still like the size of my  smartphone - with the letters reduced in size to fit.
