I would say the biggest problem is going to be checking the suspension and steering geometry is spot-on. Other than that it is probably just panel damage and new air bags. Won't be cheap though!

The suspension is good steering is fine the damage was just above the chassi. It needs front bumper, bonnet, front inner panel,o/s front wing washer bottle and headlights

I've watched a few Yetis go through Copart but have always been put off with the price.

Not saying that's where you bought this of course as I don't know.

Never seemed to go under around £8,000 which by the time you added the buyer premium, airbags, dash and seatbelts was over £10,000 before bodywork repairs.  Considering I paid not that much more for my 1.8 tsi 4x4 project car to make the Yeti VRS I couldn't justify it.

People seem to buy them, add £1,000 and just put them on ebay.

If you bought at the right price, I expect you'll have a nice car at a nice saving on buying from a dealer.

Damage looks quite mild to me, certainly nothing that'll be tricky to fix.

Hope it all goes well and I'll keep an eye on how it goes. B)

I would still get it properly checked and aligned.

It is surprising how easily a front chassis leg can move even if there is no direct damage to it.
