Stripped my door today after living with the bloody annoying door locking thing and no lights-on alarm or interior light when opening driver's door for over a year since I got the car.   Had a bit of trouble when one of the 10mm bolts (the one through the right-hand grommet hole in the pic) holding the window guide just kept turning without coming out.
