VCDS options on Superb III

Eyelashes only could enabled on cars with dynamic light assist. Without dla, there are no eyelashes in headlights.

The car has SLA but despite taking the coding it would not light them up with DRLs.

I had had similar problems with a Kodiaq, but eventually they came on

Hi all, what's the fewest / cheapest combination of options I'd need to add to an L&K spec car to get all the A5 camera goodies?

If I just spec an L&K, does this come with high beam assist as standard and will that then allow me to enable lane assist, travel assist, and smart light assist in VCDS?

Thanks.

The A5 camera is std on the L&K (99% sure lane assist is std... mine has it and I did not spec it)

HBA can be coded

SLA needs to be added (£100) as it requires different headlights

TSR can also be coded

Great, thanks for the info!

Also - do you happen to know if the ACC on the L&K includes stop and go / traffic jam assist as standard? If not, do you know how I'd go about spec'ing it?

Yes, if the car has DSG.

I am not sure if I have already asked this, so apologies if I have but I did check my post history and couldn't find it...

Has anyone looked into the possibility of activating the puddle lights under the rear vision mirrors when in reverse?  I'd love for them to come on so I can see the kerb when reversing in the dark.  I know Beemers and Mercs activate the courtesy lights under the handles for this reason and I think its a great idea.

The mod to disable stop/start seems to create a DTC on MY18 Superbs.

The DTC certainly shows up using the latest beta of VCDS, I honestly don't know if the diagnostic software that Skoda garages use will detect it, I suspect it will.

I thought people should maybe be aware that this is happening.

Changing the setting back to it's original state gets rid of the DTC.

This does not have anything to do with the coding.

The voltage on battery was low, so it went to restricting less important functions to save the battery.

Mmm, the engine was running at the time with no lights or heating or A/C turned on.

As I said, the DTC disappeared when I changed the setting back to its original state, I'll give it another try later and see what happens.

I thought the purpose of the coding was to make the ecu 'think' there wasn't enough voltage to use stop/start, which is exactly what the DTC message is saying:

"1 Fault Found:

65794 - Function Restricted due to Insufficient Voltage"

Would anybody be able to advise on the issues I'm having with enabling HBA? Really want to get that working
