It's a pity he won't let me pop in and buy stuff, seeing as he is within 5 minutes drive of me.

Ah well.

Not that I need anything, but you know....................

That is a huge shame mate - any particular reason given?

More goodies from EZ on a split order wit Stephen!

This particular kit comes with a different shampoo & snow foam - Looking forward to trying those & also testing 'Gecko' - Hydrophobic Glass Cleaner & 'Chrome' - Gloss Enhancing Spray Wax

Some great products already from Darren at EZ & he's not stopping there by the sounds of things so quite intrigued to what's on offer in the coming months!

Very nice indeed Karl.

I took your advise and gave deflector shield and gloss boss a try this morning on the .:R36.

After it stopped snowing - i eventually got some detailing done  :swear:

Hopefully get some pics up late

Well as promised.... some pics as i work through the EZ car care range.

So far:-

SLEEK - Interior dressing has proven very popular, i like this one.

REIGNING IRON - Fallout remover.... slower to react than others - but does the job well.... and still stinks like most.

WHEEL ARMOUR - allow wheel sealant is an easy to use spray; seems to give good gloss and  slickness on maintenance washes

i still have the VIPER wheel cleaner, GECKO Glass, and TYRE SLICK to try.

Today i followed up on a discussion with Karl.... using EZ Deflector Shield Spray sealant and Gloss Boss QD to finish.

The Sealant needs a bit more effort to buff to a nice finish than i would like; but the final pass with gloss boss cleans this up nicely.

Results...

Just ordered some Gloss Boss, need to after those quality pics from Ste. One problem I found with ordering it from the EZ site is that it has problems with accepting monies from Offshore ( din,t have this problem first time around)., so have had to order it from EZ,s E/Bay site. Must be a problem with living on a Rock in the middle of the Irish Sea.

Interesting - maybe PM Darren about that payment issue Tony?

Although - if you ordered on the eBay store - you may have got some bargains - i know i did last week!

Gloss Boss looks really good Ste. Tempted to buy a bottle for when I run out of Bouncers D+D or do a side by side comparison

In the end i never got to try Bouncer's D&D; so i cant compare James...sorry.

The EZ Gloss Boss was a doddle to apply and the slickness was noticeable.

It may be too early to tell - but the R36 has been the daily driver all week and still looks great - so its repelling dirt well

Have a look on the EZ eBay shop; you might grab a bargain... Bidding from 99p :-)

Depends on who gets there first. As they seem popular at the moment

Got around to trying the Tar & Glue remover on my own car today. Few spots on the low rear of the car needed some attention so Sprayed on and immediately starts to work. Very impressive product.

The hi gloss spray wax 'chrome' was also used. Sprayed on the panel, spread with a foam applicator pad, left for 2/3 minutes & buffed off.

Can be hard to buff if not left to cure properly, also very easy to over apply. If over applied it won't cure properly so. All in all once I'd got the hang of It, what a product! The gloss, flake pop & reflections were amazing!

Gecko hydrophobic glass cleaner. Again, impressed on the smear free cleaning. Yet to try the hydrophobic properties.

This picture was taking on the chevin at Otley after 75 miles of driving. Still looking fresh! 2679651605897bcb58311e12af38abf1.jpg

Just ordered the Seal & protect kit, missed out on the auction bidding but was given a second chance to buy and snapped it up.

Tony

That looks a great little kit Tony - i hope you got a good deal there.... i know i did via the eBay outlet.

Very interested in your thoughts on the products; as i guess Karl and i have gone OTT with posts until now.

I have found all quite easy to use (with perhaps exception of Deflector Shield) and great results.

Deflector shield - i would ignore the instructions and just apply 1-2 sprays per panel (dry) and work it from there.

Wet application as per the label directions was not a great experience for me.

Regards,

Ste.
