Nice pic. Its rare that all of the Big 3 have bad days on the same day, and give the others a chance.

Not just 3 but most of the field as Martin Brundel mentioned that Lance meant less mistakes than anyone.

As a season review I think Seb should have served a race ban but then the season would have been even worse that it was for semi-competitive racing.

Make the cars narrower again, reduce the drag and make them 4 wheel drive (electric on the front) I would suggest.

F1 cars are significantly slower accelerating compared to a motorcycle and 4 wheel drive hyper-cars.

so they get plenty of driver money, but no prize/ points money !

Apart from Sirotkin being a calculated 2 seconds a lap quicker than Kubica at the Abu Dhabi test!

As it happens, Kubica, Sirotkin and Kyvat were all reported to be bringing about the same amount of sponsor money to Williams.

Jonathon Rea was

But I wanted Johnnie Peacock (or maybe Adam Peaty) to win.

I also desperately hoped none of the contenders tainted by drug scandals would win it.

Oh well...

Chris Froome would have probably won that if it wasn't for the last 3 days really bad press. He ended up 7th and last of the real contenders.

Earlier in the year it was Farah getting grilled daily about his dodgy coaches and missed drug tests.

Luckily for him the media has had other targets since the summer.

I voted for Mo, was odd though, the two favourites weren't even in the top three

It is who is moved to vote ie make the effort.

Johnathan Rea lives on the Isle of Man, Lewis Hamilton pops in there to avoid UK tax before popping back to Monaco.

So Rea is a tax exile as well.

Mansell used to tax-avoid by living there too.  He now does it in Jersey.

Better a tax avoider than a drugs cheat.

Dunno. Brit F1 stars do tend to move abroad to avoid the tax burden.

Jackie Stewart lived in Switzerland. Jim Clark in Paris.

Jensen lived in Guernsey till last year but I think has moved to Monaco.

Derek Warwick is in Jersey like Nigel Mansell.
