Condensation in Headlamps

Recommended Posts

Love my Oct 2015 1.6TDI SE tech that I bought Oct 2016 with 3,700 miles on the clock. Truly amazing piece of engineering & electronics but bit peeved about condensation on OSF headlamp.

NSF is fine, just the misting but OSF turning into globules at base of assembly.

Google suggest it's ok & not warranty replacement but that it will dry out in the summer or I can hitch up a hairdryer.

Can't understand why only one unit & why it happens as obviously they are not sealed units anyway.

What does a good player do & does anyone else have this annoying issue?
