Allright . So thx to my previous grill mod. I could take the grilles off WITHOUT  removing the bumper.

The blistering paint wont come off so ive ordered new grilles for the drls and lower honeycomb grill .

The upper grill will be replaced with a milotec honeycomb one...

Whilsth the grilles where off i took the liberty of cleaning bugs out off the radiator and intercooler...

Coming on nice .

The black drls insert looks so much better.

Looking great mate. I wish I had the black pack lights on mine to be fair

the black does look good.  I would love change front and rear headlights with a tint + wing mirrors so might have to cheat and use vehicle wrap company:

Air intake oem modifications .

So as i found out some time ago the air intake (oem) does not really helps my airflow. So i got the middle part out .

Cut away some plastics .

Put it back upside down.

Put in some screws and mount that pipe that goes to the filter housing upside down.

100% better airflow .only it needs a filtercheck ones an a while ..

So this right here costs nothing . So i dont need to spend many euros on a upgraded intake ..

That's never a good update to read. Any other damage? Does it affect the supercharger when the turbo lets go?

No other damage has been done . Its my fault i caked the turbo . Riding to fast on a cooler engine and cutting a hot engine off . .. feel bad about it . Never going to do that again.

To be replaced by a LOBA270 ............?

No a special made turbo with stronger internals stronger seals etc..

a company from the netherlands . C&E turbos . They only make turbos . There quite know from the racing scene ..

New turbo cost me about 650 euro .

A weaker oem one would cost me a grand.
