Yes, it is. Minimum recommended octane number (RON) for Felicia on carburettor or Felicia 135 MPI is 91. I know that Felicia is cheap to run but don't treat it like it is a tractor...

 

By the way, 135 MPI means Multi-Point Injection. Your engine has a carburettor, basically it is a Favorit engine (factory engine code is 135). You can't have both injection and carburettor, unless you took an 135 MPI engine, got rid of all injection related parts then installed a carburettor, a mechanical fuel pump, a distributor, an electronic ignition, a single ignition coil, etc. That kind of 'hybrid' engine doesn't even has an official code.
