You can't expect that every adaption for the Octavia will work on the Superb, and not all Octavia modules are the same in the Superb...

So if you can't find it when connected to the Superb, I guess that particular adaption either is not possible, or has different steps.

Automass has an Octavia :-)

Then I suppose he should try to find any obdeleven-users in the Octavia forum :-)

I figured out now how to do coding and adaptation...don't worry about me greeness.

Long coding
    Control unit: 01 Engine
    Old value:
        011D003A047601083000
    New value:
        021D003A047601083000
    Mileage: 6557 km
    Date: 2017-03-09 14:03

I made the same change and experience increased fuel consumption by about 10%. Has anyone more noticed the same increase?

Did I mess anything? On the display (17) I was checking the list of the coding and then I have seen Tire pressure monitoring was No but I have this option in my car..so I did change it to yes...and select the tick option and it was succefully accepted but after that I can see that my TPM erroe light is on on the display..I have reverted everything that I did,but still its on the dash..

I followed the procedure of the manual (disconnect the battery, reconnect and drive sometime)..but still it is on the dash..any help from any body...do I need to enter any security code to do the coding?

I have changed two opoptions from ccoding...these were

Tire ppressure monitoring and Average consumption

I have changed them back as they were

Now getting two fault codes

Control module incorrect coding (U101400) and

Database missing message (U112100).

I think these are my screenshots from when I did this, the first one is the VCDS instructions, the two others are from when I actually did it in obdeleven:

Remember that you can just click on where it says Hex 01 in the top right, and edit the value like I did here:

This didnt seem to work . Either says revs to high or not supported on my 2017 superb  dsg se l executive

Will this preset temperature override temp-settings made in personalisation when activating diesel heater with remote?

I'm not sure :-)

I hope so, but haven't tested it yet.

Can I ask - do you need the OBD11 dongle for this or will any OBD Bluetooth dongle work with the 11 a

pp?

You need the proprietary dongle.

I think I'm going to revert this back to its original setting... ;-)

Used the parking assistance today for the first time since the modification, almost touched the sidewalk with the rims:

@Kpsmithuk

PM me if you want this done, along with any other VCDS / VCP coding.

This feature is not working on my Superb... Are there some specific prerequisites that is necessary to have or to change more in the system in order to start working this mod? I did the following steps but nothing changed

Just be warned that I coded an Octavia similarly at the owners request (DRL flashed with the indicator) and in the UK it’s an MOT fail.

OK, thanks to Gizmo's patience and help TSR is go :)

So with OBDeleven I have done:

DRL on/off on Infotainment.

Audi throttle pedal

Fan (blower) speed display on auto

Refuel quantity in maxidot

TSR enabled

I have dry run through lane assist, and can find all relevant parts from VCDS instructions, but as I wouldn't use it anyway, I decided not to bother.
