The spark plum is fine and---

No oil combustion.

-after 2000 km!

No Im lucky! And now i have the best 1,2 Fabia!

Thanks!

These thing is done!

Drossling the outlet from the PVC-valve to 2 mm hole -jet. Redused the spring (changed) inside.

Fixed worn camshaft bearings so so the oil don't  popped out directly to the crankcase ventilation outlet to the air filter - wrong place.... But by having good camshaft layers I let it go. Before it brought large amounts of oil drops just over to the intake - under the filter.

Stopped oil supply up to the pistons by turning the bearing on the piston bolts 180 degrees. Drill 8 mm holes halfway down into the the top lining to collect oil for lubrication. Old style lubrication. Stopped the inside oiling in the conrod.

Here I had overfill with oil to the pistons when the bearing were worn. Not necessary for me that Im not drive racing.

Replaced all bearings in the motor

Purchased a new piston and used two used, from another engine with new piston rings.

The to other piston gave 10,5:1 in compression, so I took off 1,5 mm on the top of them and cheeked the weight - 250 gram to all tree, and compression 10,3 on all. The two was from an azq-engine. Near the same compression on all now.

Precision-honing cylinders - very important!

Changed cam chain and oil chain.

Set the camshaft 2 degrees forward to increase the torque so that it will peak from 2800 rpm - before 3000 rpm. More quick response!

All bearing changed:

Using mineral oil now and will change to synthetic 5w 40 soon or partsyntetic/mineral?

Yesterday I changed oil. And i cheeked the oil filter and open it - took the paper out and there was much partikkels!!

Usen semi synthetic from Castrol 10w 40. Next time Mobil synthetic 5w 40.

I also use a hard disc magnet on the button pan.

Nearly happy

The oil consumption has droppet to nearly zero. Perfect result.

The emission is a little high, so I have to lean the fuel in some way.

Clean the O2-sensors?

Clean the catalytic converter?

Adjust the signal to the ECU?

Change catalytic converter?

Put av cheap catalytic converter after the original? Whith or without sensor?

May be its only to drive the car hard for a period?

If someone know how much current the lambda sensors send I could easy use two potentiometers to adjust the emission exact like the original.

If it is some few milliampere I t will go with a pot. on 500 or 1000 Ohm?

May be it is more easy to use a spacer on one or two sensors?

May be 5 kOhm, if I lock at the schema?

Thanks! I will find a fine motorway. Until now I have drive the car alternately in short therm from hard to nice driving, and so on.

But when I took a look inside the cylinders the was clean and dry. Before black an wet(oily).
