Is this a warranty issue?

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

This happened when I was scrolling through the maxi dot menu to connect my phone. What are peoples thoughts about this being covered under warranty? Argument to say the plastic was defective?

Cheers

I had exactly that happen on my old Superb - Garage tried to charge me £80 to repair it - Dug my heals in and then Skoda agreed to pay half and the garage agreed to pay half.

I genuainely hadnt knocked the thumbwheel and beleive it was a manufacturing fault

If your car is still under warranty just dig your heals in :-)
