Make your Superb superb

Recommended Posts

Firstly a correction to my previous post - module 3 not module 9 is ABS!

From my auto scan on a 64 plate superb estate 2.0tdi 140 dsg which accepted the change.

Address 03: ABS Brakes (J104)       Labels:. 1K0-907-379-60EC1F.clb

   Part No SW: 1K0 907 379 BM    HW: 1K0 907 379 BM

   Component: ESP MK60EC1   H46 0164

   Revision: 00H46001

   Coding: 863D6016092400FB611206E890220092A1080021

   Shop #: WSC 33361 790 00060

   VCID: 7EF3B297E982EEB6F8-802A

No fault code found.

I have a 2011 Golf which also accepted the change, component on that is MK60EC1 H31 0108 revision 00H31001.

Hopefully that some help.  Someone on here there is a list of which ABS modules will allow which adaptations/have what capability.

I just turned mine on and I have the 'BM' version of the module, same as HughGrabriel.

Success!

Byte 16 bit 0 set, now I have Hill Hold Control. Great on the steep hills in stop start traffic.

The very same wheel/tyre combination as on my 2013 FL Superb Greenline SE. They are excellent in my opinion for many practical reasons.

Yep agreed, I have the same car as you but in 'S' trim. I don't think I could get away with the ride with thinner tyres/bigger wheels. 205/55 all the way (and save you a fortune!)
