Buying a brand new Octavia vRS - which one to choose?

Hi all!

Greetings from Czech Rep.

Long story short.. dont want to wait 6 months for a car spec'd according to my preferences as i need it now (about to be doing 30k~ km a year..).

So, the preference is vRS with 2.0tdi (consumption with that mileage is a factor).

The only dealer I can choose from (discount provided by my employer), which is one of the biggest here, has 3 vRS 2.0tdi available now:

1) vRS 2.0 tdi estate, manual

+ rear view camera

+ rs challenge pack

+ blind spot detect

+ multifunctional steering wheel

+ sunset pack

+ roof rack prep

= 29,814 EUR

2) vRS 2.0 tdi liftback, DSG

+ rs challenge pack

+ traveller assistant basic

+ comfy phoning, wireless

+ leather/alcantara

+ sunset

+ kessy

+ heated front screen

= 31,092 EUR

3) estate, DSG

- same as 2)

- but doesnt have a roof rack prep (so ur unable to put anything up as it's an estate car) nor towing/towhook (but adjustable for 400 eur)

= 32,259 eur

My preference:

I would probably choose no. 1) - cheapest one, estate (slight preference), roof rack prep, blind spot + rear view cam (fiance is a beginner)

BUT no DSG (fiance's only condition :-))); i can live without it, but normally would do DSG as well).

But then, the other two come with DSG and more comfy specs, yet lack of safety features (i prefer safety over comfort mostly because of her inexperience).

PLUS, the no. 3 has no roofrack prep as an estate car, so we'd need to order additional towhook for 400 (we are outdoor people, love cycling..).

I'm a bit "frustrated" as dont want to wait, but none is 100% according to my criteria.. if it was up to me, i'd get estate, DSG, DCC  with performance mode (which i hate is not a standard!), safety assistants (lights, blind, land, crew protect, park), roofrack prep/towhook).

Ofc, i'm happy with trav assistant, kessy or leather, but could live without that.

Could you pls advise which one you'd get and what features are must have that I'd be missing (taking my ideal specs into consideration?). I mean if it's too bad, hypothetically i might be able to figure out how to wait patiently for next 6m...

Many thanks!

cheers!

Stefan
