I'm an owner of this car for almost 2 years and is never in 100% working condition, but still is my daily driver.

Wow, I totally didn't expect this.

I appreciate my car enough, this is my daily driver, but that didn't change facts that this car is crap by today standards. That you didn't find this video funny is your opinion and I respect that. But please don't tell me what I need to learn to appreciate.

Actually I found it quite amusing @PixelPie

@RicardoM should maybe also remember that Briskoda embraces a very broad community with varying tastes so PixelPie please don't let one person's view reflect the wider membership's ideals.

A car made by communists? Really? You wasn't even born when that car was made. The Czechoslovak engineers, technicians, and workers built that car you call "total crap" yet you drive it today. They had nothing to do with Communism. The Socialist ideology was enforced on their throat by a thin layer of corrupt, opportunistic, propagandistic slaves controlled from Moscow. Learn history before mocking your own people. You should read the pinned topic titled "FELICIA/FAVORIT APPRECIATION THREAD" to understand how loved these cars are by people from the UK and from foreign countries. Yet you find funny to throw $hit on your national car brand because, what the hell? it's democracy and people are free to joke about everything, your country included. In fact, browsing your channel gave me the opportunity to know where did you get your "values" from, so your attitude is no big surprise. You can't understand who is happy watching your video.

 

Just a final reminder. There are people in the UK and abroad that maintained their Favorit in top condition. They enjoy it, they love to drive it on a daily basis in a sea of "modern" cars. They didn't find appropriate to throw a superficial video on YouTube and call it "funny"...

Sir, I placed my video on Reddit and I received more than 100 upvotes, so yes, I can understand who is happy watching my video. You didn't understand the jokes. I'm sad because you feel offended on this video, but I can't please everyone and I not trying that.

 

Actually, I was born the same year when my car was made. I love my car and I will not sell in future, I will try to keep at least in working condition. I will not do that because this car is good, I will do that because this is my first car and I bought and maintain with my own money. I drive this car today because I was patient to fix my call all the time. I learning a lot about cars and car mechanic just doing that. Honestly, I don't get why you are so offended.

They're not "friendly" like Ricardo, trust me, the whole forum is a lot nicer. Sadly, actions that have ended in bans for others, are still allowed to continue, unfettered by the rules of the forum. It's a shame that you will often hear "Stop! Or I'll say stop again" echo from the moderating team when there are "heated conversations" involving Ricardo. There is an ignore button that can be used, I would suggest finding it.
