Chrome's new ad-blocker

My Chrome browser Version 64.0.3282.167 (Official Build) (32-bit) is so good at blocking ads that I have uninstalled AdBlock - has anyone noticed any downside?

Dunno. Chucked it for a return to fIrefox after the hideously buggy Chrome V59 did my head in.

Firefox is so slow.

 

Tried others, but you can't seem to beat chrome.

Thought it was just me reckoned recent firefox releases were dire slow.

I dont really like chrome either, google data slurping etc, but it does run better. Must do a version check, and sort adblocker

I've run and sometimes still run Chrome and Firefox simultaneously. FF has slowed right down over the past couple of years. Chrome loads faster and is more responsive IMO. Both are run with AdBlock Plus but I have yet to try Chrome sans ABP.

I've found the new Quantum Firefox really fast. Just to be awkward.
