Tryed googling my symptoms came up with nothing I have a mk1 skoda fabia vrs when I set off in 1st and then change to second gear I get quiet bad kangarooing (at low rpm) aswell as knocking it makes going over speed bumps a nightmare

It's possibly your DMF failing.

Would I get any other symptoms with dmf failing? other than that car drives spot on  

How are your engine and gearbox mounts? May be worth trying rocking the engine and reviewing movement/listening for curious noises.

I was thinking the same Iv been reading threads on here about the dog bone mount but not been able to find same symptoms as mine it's like I've got play from when I press accelerator when I let off the play is their again I can make the car do it my self by tapping the accelerator imagine a learner driver at a junction hahaha

Not really, the knocking noise is highly suspicious though. I thought about the dogbone mount but can't see how it would cause the kangarooing.

Look at the engine and gearbox mounts.

Driving style maybe.... Needs the accelerator pushed a tiny amount before starting to let up the clutch. I pogo'd mine when I first got it before realising that. And also, that diesel cars don't really make that challenging , snarling revving sound when the revs are increased slightly before moving off. Allowing swift but civilised departures. :)
