Hello all,   My experience with my VCDS is very hit and miss at the moment; latest thing I have tried to enable is both rear fog lights on my 2019 MY19 Octavia Scout.  The Scout has a part LED rear tail lamps - and I've checked that both bulbs are installed on the left hand side (my car is a RHD model).
