Wow - redder than a big red fire engine!!

Great job

Nice!!

Kind of handy having somewhere dry and warm to work on the car :D

You're going to get women trying to do their makeup looking into your car ;) Fantastic job.

Not jealous at all of having somewhere like that to detail!

Good job

Steve

nice:thumbup:

looks good - and like the big off roader

Take your wheels off and do a proper job next time :)

Beautiful - did you buy the big orange pressure washer in Argos or Halfords?

blinking heck....I don't think I've got one square inch that shiny ever...top job in both respects!

Ahem, exhaust please!

And are the insides of the wheels clean!!

Also, Id recommend some new centre badges, £25 for 4 at Skoda.

No need to!

nice one, even better when you have a warm dry place to do them in.

Liverpool lad, Yes, the inside are as clean as I can get them and waxed! Didint really know what to clean the exhaust with:confused:. Will get badges when I get the wheels refurbed (parallel parking by corsa drivers just doesnt work right:thumbdwn:)or new alloys, dont know yet. Vrs len you dont need to take the wheels off if you have the correct brushes.

Exhaust, any metal polish such as brasso, I use autosol. I got bored one day and autosol'd the backbox and twin pipes leading upto the tip, came up like new! I first coated the box in Wonder Wheels (nasty stuff).

What products did you use?

Pray tell how :)

Im guessing the 17s on the saloon are much easier to clean than the smaller 16s.

One microfibre mitt, a bucket of sudsy water and a tickling stick for the hard to reach areas and et voila:

looking good mate.

mine looks as good as that paint wise i just need to sort the plastics out now :(

Stick up a list of products that you used though

Wassup with the plastics?

Products used:

Meguirs NXT Car Wash (2 bucket)

Wilcox own brand Tar and Bug

Meguire clay bar

Comma wheel cleaner

Wilcox polish with extra cut

And to finish EZ wax (with extra elbow grease) and Wilcox dressing

Have a friend who recommended Wilcox gear as he uses it for valeting himself, and it comes out of the same place as all AG stuff.

Wassup with the plastics?

Just bits of polish on them that need a good soaking off so that i can get them black again rather than white :D
